SARDELL - DELLING LANE, BOSHAM, WEST SUSSEX
At this project in the beautiful village of Bosham, West Sussex, we lifted a three bed bungalow to become a five bed house. Not only did we create significant extra bedroom space, but the design also incorporated a stylish new atrium space in the kitchen and dining area.
1930'S FARM HOUSE - SOUTH MUNDHAM, WEST SUSSEX
At this 1930's Farm House project, the owner wanted to create a modern open plan, light filled kitchen & dinning area. We altered the layout combining a lounge and dinning room into one bigger vaulted space. To ensure that the light flooded the space we fitted 6 velux skylights and large bi-fold doors in anthracite grey.
HOLIDAY LET - ST PANCRAS, CHICHESTER, WEST SUSSEX
This client came to us with a small patch of land which they were unsure what to do with. Together we developed the plans for a one bed holiday let to allow the owners an income from the prime location, but relatively small plot. Finished with a light and airy high-spec finish, it is now a highly succesful holiday let property.
SEFTON STREET, PUTNEY, LONDON
At this lovely property in Putney, south west London, we were tasked with a complete renovation of this dated family house. This included re-wiring, re-plumbing, re-plastering and new floors replaced throughout.
The project took four months from start to completion.
